About The Real Loss Boss

My name is Neil Scurrah and I'm The Real loss Boss.

In 2014 I weighed over 500lbs and have since lost half my body weight in 3 years and 9 months and have maintained that loss now for over 5 years and counting.

Throughout my journey I've developed a passion for helping people lose weight and realised that the simple yet effective approach I took would be suitable for anyone to have a succesful weight loss journey.

In 2020 I deveolped a weight loss plan based on the approach I used to finally conquer my obesity and launched the Boss Your Weight Loss 1:1 plan in April 2021. Over the last 2 years I have helped over 450 people so far Boss their weight loss.

Also, another thing, I've never lost my hunger while on my weight loss journey and through cooking I enoy showing people you can still eat delicious food while shedding the pounds.

Since September 2022 I have launched my own eCookBooks that are full of simple, low caloire, high protein, yet super tasty, recipes to help you all Boss Your Diet.
